Intermercato’s Demolition-Selector Grabs Are Built Tough

Intermercato’s demolition-selector grabs are completely built from genuine Swedish Hardox and are one of Intermercato’s toughest series.

They’re built to last! Specially hardened pins feature alu-bronze, graphite-impregnated bushes for a long, low maintenance life. The Hardox cutting edges are reversible, so you can use them twice before you need to replace them.

Excavator hydraulic demolition grabs are available with an optional rotator – choose from Indexator Swedish vane drive, RMR gerotor style or worm drive.

Dual Internal Parallel Linkages for Greater Strength

Intermercato is the choice for demolition and sorting when only the toughest grapple will do. Intermercato fabricates up to 25mm thick solid Hardox ribs together to make the shell – it’s not a light duty pressed shape like some others. Spaces between the ribs allow dust and fine material to fall through. Solid shell versions are also available.

Intermercato demolition grabs are suited to excavators from 1 tonne to 32-plus tonne operating weight.

Log grapples are a great solution in the tree industry. The robust body in excavator design for rigid mounting makes this grab a versatile tool for intense and heavy applications. The TG22S weighs 112kg and opens to an impressive width of 1310mm and closes down to 87mm. The TG22S is suited to rigid/pendulum mount designs and up to 4 tonne machines.

It’s quality all the way, with every detail designed to make your job easier. A single ram and double guide bar design with dual pivoting pins allows for optimised roll in/roll out properties. This means it wraps around the log tightly and securely. The paddles on the end of the fingers allow you to pinch objects like sandstone blocks. And durability is assured because it’s reinforced with genuine Hardox steel.
