Built-in hydraulically adjustable feed-in table

Firstly, unfold the hydraulically adaptable table with aggressive feed-in rollers. Adjust the inclination to feed the unevenly shaped logs into the firewood processor more easily.

Driven in-feed rollers

The timber wood enters the machine with the help of transport rollers that enable an uninterrupted process even when operating with moisture.

Log diameter indicator and stabilizer

Hydraulic clamp holds log during cutting and measures diameter of the log at the same time. Simply check the value and adjust the splitting knife height accordingly.

Foldable protective shield for circular saw - PATENT

Patented solution moves the circular saw into the cover and fold it to transport the firewood processor safely. To set the firewood processor from transport to working position, the patented protective shield is simply unfolded and moved backwards to enable the sawing function.

Adjustable log length and hydraulic feeder

Hydraulic feeder moves logs from cutting to splitting part. Log length guide automatic release.

Splitting knife setting indicator

Value on the splitting knife scale helps you set the optimal number of splitting parts for the diameter of the processed log.

BoomSpeed as a standard equipment

Double-piston cylinders for two movement speeds: the working speed is utilised for normal splitting of resistant wood, but for less resistance or the "free run" of the cylinder, its speed is increased. This way the splitting cycle can be shortened for up to 40% which also contributes to higher efficiency.

Ergonomic operation of the firewood processor from the low platform with an additional step for easy access.

Conveyor belt

Telescopically extendable 5m long and 60cm wide conveyor belt with adjustable inclination and speed.

Road safety equipment

The package contains: LED lights on the removable holder, additional light holders for the machine in working position, side and front light reflectors and a safety triangle.

Oil cooler

Meant for persons who use the machine for longer periods of time with no breaks in-between. It prevents oil overheating.

LOG DECKS

Log decks are available in two or four meter-long versions. Logs are loaded with a chain and spiked rollers – rolling instead of sliding logs.
