Wireless Crane Scales

Intelligent weighing means that once the scale has been activated, either automatically or manually, the scale takes over the weighing process.
When the scale has calculated a stable weight, the operator gets a signal to unload, and the weight is stored in the active memory bank in the App.

Intermercato has complete control over every single component in the weighing system. The Intermercato Weighing App has been developed by in-house programmers. The hardware and software for weight calculation has been developed by Intermercato. The load cells are produced in Intermercato’s own workshop. The complete scales are mounted, calibrated and tested by Intermercato’s own specialists. With full control over production we are able to optimize product performance and innovate quickly based on customer feedback.

Accuracy
Intermercato uses a unique algorithm, making them certified as European legal-for-trade for loads in motion. Using data from the load cell and accelerometer, hanging load weight is calculated 8 times per second for the most accurate reading.

Easy Installation
Delivered pre-calibrated, Intermercato scales are operational immediately after installation. The wireless scale hardware and prewired ComBox reduce installation costs to a minimum.

Rugged Construction
Made to withstand extreme conditions, weighing is insensitive to temperature fluctuations and the load cell is mechanically overload protected. All Intermercato scales are designed to withstand heavy overload, three times nominal weighing range. Intermercato makes scales with weighing range up to 50 tonne.

Smart Interface
The Intermercato application has an easy-to-use interface made to help you work smarter and more effecient.
The app comes in several versions depending on which type of data needs to be available or delivered. It includes several weighing modes designed for specific applications.

Analytics
Android application allows for flexibility in data management. Data can be directly printed, emailed or exported to a USB drive in .csv and .pdf formats. Data can be mined to identify opportunities, optimizations and best practices for your business.

Wireless solution
Intermercato Weighing Systems uses 2.4 GHz radio frequency which is a worldwide license free frequency. Radio reach is 50 metres. Low energy radio link and high capacity rechargeable batteries for many hours of continuous operation.
